“A Hotel that really serves”
My husband and I and a friend had our flight cancelled at BWI airport due to stormy weather and tornado watch that passed through the area. Hotels, Car Rental Services, Amtrak was sold out. Outstanding shuttle service from Lay! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and had excellent knowledge of the area. He made our trip so much smoother and even gave us some great local recommendations. Highly recommend this hotel!
