Front desk clerk Danielle was very friendly and professional. Likewise, doorman Ben was pleasant and helpful. They both are assets to the Copley Plaza and the Fairmont organization.

“Hammond Family”
The best thing about the hotel is the hospitality. Kevin greeted us us like family from the time we hit the 4th floor. He got us excited about Boston from the time we arrived. The FG was beautiful, clean, and convenient to everything.
