Excellent location, connected to the Prudential Mall. We stayed in a corner, river view, executive junior suite - modern, spacious, with a comfortable bed & sofa bed - very clean however we found the air conditioning, although effective, was noisy. Lovely pool area (towels provided) with retractable roof. Executive lounge on the ground floor open 24 hrs - great for a quick breakfast and snacks throughout the day - gluten free bread available on request. Large, bright, contemporary lobby with lots of different seating areas including booths. Reception staff, servers and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately both bell hops working on the afternoon of Tuesday 21 July marred our experience slightly - they were unhelpful, unfriendly and frankly unpleasant - openly discussing the tips they received from customers, failing to help customers struggling with luggage & not even proactively checking if customers needed assistance (even though they had nothing else to do) - such an unprofessional standard of customer service. Other than the bell hops we loved our stay in Sheraton Back Bay & look forward to staying again in the future!

Great location adjacent to indoor mall and mbta station and close to back bay express to airport. The Sheraton lounge is very decent, although the wine in the machines is very overpriced. The onebedroom suite was very spacious; with some issues with AC. The one thing that was not great is that front desk does not believe that your room has to be ready at 4 pm :-)

“Not as bad as described here”

I had read so many bad reviews and I was a bit anxious arriving at the hotel, but overall, it went quite good. I stayed for 3 nights for a citytrip in BOS. The only negative points : - Soundproof inexistant : in your room you hear people talking when passing in the hall. But it never disturbed my sleep (and I'm a light sleeper). - Checkin : I was offered a late checkout, but when i double checked on the last day, it was not registered (but Matthew made it happen anyway). Good points : - Gym not big but with enough material for a holiday/travel workout - Pool with open ceiling - Breakfast at Henderson in the lobby: great food - Access : easy with metro, or Logan Express from the airport (free, 3$ return trip). Long story short, it's a good place for a short trip, or citytrip.
