This is a very nice property with ample size rooms, comfortable guest common areas and features including a lovely lobby fireplace. A quick walk to the MBTA blue line subway station is handy for quickly getting into Boston proper. They have laundry, a pool, parking and a great gym. There's a Target and grocery store 10 minutes away. The staff I encountered were kind, helpful and courteous at all times. I'm returning for a week and very much looking forward to the next stay.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at the Staybridge Suites near Boston Logan Airport. The hotel is location a 10-15 minute drive away from the airport. We arrived late at night and were check-in very quickly. The front desk attendant did a wonderful job of recognizing my IHG status. The room was a good size and very quiet. The room was very clean and well maintained. The next day we utilized the hotel shuttle back to the airport. John was a fantastic driver and extremely kind. Overall would highly recommend this hotel for a overnight stay!

“I'd stay again despite a few flaws”

I’ll start with the pro’s and end with the con’s. Oscar and other staff at the front desk went out of their way to help me. The room was very clean, and the kitchenette nice. The pool, though small, was great for winding down, and the fitness room had good equipment, especially the balls. I appreciate that I was able to store my luggage after I checked out. The breakfast selection was decent: I especially appreciated that you had fresh honeycrisp apples (as opposed to the typical mealy red delicious that no one likes). The front desk answered calls promptly. The TV stations are thin. If I come to Boston, I want to be able to watch Boston teams, like the Red Sox. The so-TV guide on channel 61 is useless. It neither shows what channels you have, nor what’s on the channels. I appreciate that you have 2% milk at breakfast, but I miss my nonfat milk. It’s a shame that you don’t offer the Globe for sale or have a couple of hotel copies for guests. Going to the Stop & Shop every day for a paper was a hassle. Finally, I called the front desk in April to find out if you had an airport shuttle. The person who answered said yes, and gave me its hours of operation. When I arrived at Logan and called for the shuttle, I was unpleasantly surprised to learn you ended your shuttle in May. I had no problem taking the subway, but if it had been pouring rain, I would have been pissed. And wet. Confirmation emails should say this or they should stop positioning the hotel as an airport hotel. They should include directions for using the T in the confirmation email, and offer a shuttle from the subway station nearly half-a-mile away.
