Location was perfect, truly unbeatable for the tall ships Sail Boston event in Boston 2026. Wright from the Geo, we were very impressed with the high-level of service. That experience continued throughout. Anything we needed, the staff was available, attentive, friendly, and helpful in a very timely way. They helped us deal with a booking snafu when we arrived (some bad actor on Airbnb) and Yotel staff took exceptionally good care of us from start to finish: caring, helpful, professional, efficient. As we settled in, when we needed anything, we called the Front Desk and it came up within minutes. Front Desk staffer during checkout even helped me book my Lyft to the train station! Yes, the rooms are small, but they are thoughtfully designed, kind of yacht-like in a way, and worked just fine for us. Next time we’ll book a king room instead of a queen room, but that’s a personal preference. We imagined that slide-out cupholders near bedside, and a drop-town narrow table near the TV might enhance the room’s sleek and fun, curvy functionality. We found ourselves on the roof deck three times during our stay! Loved it, and brought our visiting friends there too. Atmosphere: clean, fun, modern, sleek. Bonus points for the Tango class in Vela Tuesday night - made me want to move in! I would advise a friends to plan to find other alternatives for breakfast, though: coffee service in the lobby was not active when I was there a little before 7 AM. So I went to the roof deck and a fine breakfast, but it was very overpriced. This could be improved. Overall, we loved it and look forward to returning!

My husband stayed in this hotel on two separate occasions in June as he was there to support Scotland in the World Cup. The hotel was very comfortable and he said in an excellent location especially for arrival from the airport - very easy to find. It was also well located for reaching areas such as Boston Common. On one occasion I was unable to contact my husband but knew he was in the hotel. Being concerned that he had possibly taken ill, I contacted the hotel who were kind enough to do a welfare check on him ( he was fine - jet lag had briefly won and he had simply fallen asleep!) He also left his walking stick when he was leaving after his first visit and once again, the hotel came to his rescue and held it for his return visit just a few days later. He has said that the bed was very comfortable and the room was ideal. Obviously given the assistance they gave us/ him, we have to say that the staff were excellent and very courteous, friendly and helpful. If we ever travel to Boston together in the future, without a doubt, this hotel would be our first choice for accommodation - and thank you again to the staff for the kind help that you gave.
