“Hidden Gem!!”
Incredible find! You definitely get way more value and bang for your buck at Cape Sands Inn. Will guaranteed stay there again next time we are in the area!!!!

“Beautiful view”
Beautiful view right outside our window. Very friendly staff, especially Lenny the manager. Very quick to solve any problems. Good place to stay for a few nights. Good central location. Wonderful firepit and pool amenties.

“Good deal for the price”
I've stayed here 6 or 7 times over the past few years. Compared to other places on the Cape this place is a good value for the price. It is centrally located and the accommodations are typically good.

“Good Value”
The Cape Sands Inn was a decent typical old school Cape style motel. The rooms have been somewhat updated with the highlight the extreme comfort of the beds coupled with the fresh linens. Overall, a good value.
