“Convuluting Hotel, with lots of extras.”
The Hotel Staff really were the 5 star incentive .From start at check in the reception staff were Amazing, Maraw in particular was super helpful , cheerful and friendly. “Great Hyannis Hotel”
Loved this location. The layout is interesting, however after once through everything can be easily navigated. Food in the restaurant was very good quality and breakfast buffet excellent. “Well equipped hotel, but older”
In its day this was probably a great hotel with a couple bars, restaurants, pool, etc. It’s clean but there is only so much you can do to brighten up an older hotel. “A little disapointed”
As always, the cookies were great, the room was very nice, but the service in the restaurant was lacking due to minimal staff. The servers had to work the tables and the bars
