“Great for Ferry”
We chose this hotel to be close to the ferry terminial for Nantucket ferries which it was. It was also an easy location for exploring Hyannis, walking to the port and lots of restaurants. Would be happy to go again.

“Affordable place to stay in Cape Cod”
This is the place to stay in Cape Cod if you want to save a few bucks. Friendly staff, sizeable rooms.

“Short family trip”
You get what you pay for , be aware there is no breakfast. Motel needs a serious upgrade. They do they best to clean and fix around as they see anything.
