“comfortable and pleasant”
Our family was in the Berkshires for a family event. The room was comfortable, quiet and more spacious than expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A buffet breakfast is included. “We travel to Great Barrington every year and will always stay at the Holiday Inn Express!”
Our original reservation was with the Travel Lodge in Great Barrington, but when we arrived, we were told they had overbooked and no room was available—even though we had a confirmation and booking number. “Nice visit”
The hotel was fine. A little pricey for what it was, but close to the ski resorts, and a good breakfast. The pool area was very nice.
