“Loud elevator”
I stayed here for a work trip, and the elevator was soooo loud—omg. However, the front desk agent working that night (I believe her name is Yhara) changed my room around midnight. She literally saved me and was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was great, and I would definitely come back.
