“Amazing customer service and amenities”
Eastern Michigan University recommended this hotel for college tour stay. I'm glad we stayed here. We didn't arrived in time to enjoy the pool area but it looked very clean. The room was clean, everything worked as it should, all employees were delightful in attitude, their appearance was professional. “Comfortable room”
Clean and comfortable room. Staffs are friendly. 3 min driving to shopping area. Microwave and coffee maker are available in the room.

“Good hotel”

“Room not ready”
When I got there, the room they assigned me was not ready at all. The sheets from the previous guest were still there and the beds all messy. Given that if this had occurred anywhere else, they would have offered something for the trouble, which they did not.
