“Latvian song festival at Amway grand”
Super beautiful hotel. Great amenities. Staff very nice and friendly and helpful. I want to put a shout out to Corey at the Bell desk who went above and beyond to make sure our folk costumes were dry cleaned at the last minute and on time for our performance. He’s a huge credit to the hotel.

“Clean and beautiful room.”
The hotel is beautiful and the front desk staff are friendly. They upgraded us to a corner room with river view. Everything is new and thoughtfully decorated.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. I’m a Hilton Goldmember. I have been too many resorts and hotels the architect the staff the Food location was a 10 out of 10.

“Cigarette Scented and Meh”
Our room stank of cigarettes. It was in the sheets and bedding. The room is small and the chairs had the bottom torn and hanging down. No shampoo or conditioner. The windows really need to be cleaned. I was surprised it was rather beat. The tub shower nasty. The smell was the killer though. … more
