“Great experience”
Great location, clean , friendly. Shuttle service is fantastic. The staff was friendly, went of there way to make are stay awesome . Breakfast was good.

This Baymont Hotel is always my go to when I stay in Grand Rapids. Nice staff, clean rooms, and the breakfast is delicious!

It was great- room was updated and clean, breakfast was amazing and staff was friendly…. At a great price. Would stay again!

“Holiday trip”
Easy on and off highway. Good location for eating and shopping. Nice, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Only suggestion would to shovel walking path between the parking areas. Had to walk through snow to get to the hotel from the outer parking lot.
