“A night near Lansing.”
Walked into the lobby, very open and spacious. Check in was a breeze as I had made a reservation. Our room was spotlessly clean and all amenities in good working order. No odors at all. HVAC was quiet. Plenty of well lit parking.

“This place is OK.”
The place for very nice overall. The rooms were clean, but little things are starting to get overlooked. A clogged drain in the bathroom sink. A light switch that wouldn't work next to the bed. “A bit disappointed!”
Room was ok, clean. I had reserved a king room and they gave us a queen even though I RESERVED a king. Most disappointing are the common areas. They are dirty! Outside of the building should be an embarrassment to Best Western! Trash everywhere, planting areas are messy dirt bowls full of cigarette… more
