“Great service especially the valet”
Hotel was very nice and clean! Service was very excellent and I was greeted by valet Samy when I first arrived and he helped with my bags to my room and was quick to get my car back to me. Would definitely come back and recommend for the great service!

“Great experience at the Doubletree!”
We had a great experience at the Doubletree Lansing. Check in was easy, and the front desk was prepared to welcome us when we got there, thanks to the pre-planning! Everyone was so helpful and friendly! The showers are wonderful and the room was spotless. Can’t wait to come back!

“Pool is closed, Bar closes early, and the coffee shop wasn't opened in the morning”
This hotel has a great location and the bed was wonderful. However, the place was dead! We had hoped to swim because the hotel advertises an indoor pool but here were black tarps up at the door and gym window. This hotel needs a remodel in the worst way. It is very outdated in regards to furniture in the rooms and the elevators were being worked on every day I was there.
