“Quiet comfort”
Check in was seamless. Room was clean. Amenities were nice. My favorite part was that it was SO quiet in my room. No thumping down the halls, no laughing from another room, no toilet flushing in the middle of the night. It was great. There were plenty of cars in the lot, so I don't think it was… more

“Comfy and clean”
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room, sitting area and dinning areas were very clean and well kept. Beds were comfy, lots of drawers and hooks. Breakfast was great as well. I will definitely stay here again.

Such a great experience at the Hyatt Place Detroit/Utica. Roxy had a smile on her face every single time I saw her at the front desk! “A nice hotel”
We will be back! Great stay, wonderful service—-and the room was clean. The only downside was breakfast, it was not the best..
