I've been staying at this hotel regularly for at least five years. It is consistently one of the cleanest hotels I've visited. Every visit, the rooms, hallways, breakfast area, and common spaces are spotless. There is a level of care here that is increasingly hard to find. Over the years, many of the staff have stayed the same and it's great to see familiar faces upon arrival. It feels comfortable and welcoming in a genuine way and since I'm from the area and come into town to see family, when I check-in, it always feels like "coming home". Dennis, Debbie, Mabry and the whole front desk team - I appreciate you! The suites are a great size and work equally well for a quick overnight stay or a longer visit. I especially love the decent sized desk and sufficient power outlets. And while you can tell the hotel is busy, this isn't one of those hotels where you walk around noticing all the little things that haven't been repaired in years. Breakfast is always good (thanks Sandy and Kelly!). My personal favourite is the oatmeal, although I still miss the English muffins. And the coffee (ever important) is excellent and always piping hot. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the 275 interstate and just a few minutes from Walmart, Target, Starbucks, and restaurants. I can get anywhere I need to be in Cincinnati pretty easily within under 30 minutes - even going downtown for a Reds game is usually 35-40 minutes max, and it takes me about 40 minutes without traffic from the airport door to door. My only constructive feedback would be around soundproofing. If you have a connecting room, you'll hear more from your neighbour than you probably want to, and heavy walkers in rooms above can occasionally make themselves known. The hotel takes quiet hours seriously, though, and I consistently sleep very well here. A huge thank you to everyone mentioned above, the truly excellent housekeeping team, and everyone else who keeps this place running so well. The consistency is remarkable. Every time I visit, I know exactly what kind of experience I'm going to have when I walk through the door, and I can't say that for a lot of hotels. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone again soon!
