“Great Place to Stay!”

Wonderful place to stay! Clean, Customer service was 5*****, pool and hot tub were extra clean, rooms were well appointed and very nice! The staff were amazing, especially Devin at the Front Desk who goes over and beyond in excellent customer service.

I stayed here for five nights and enjoyed my stay. Kathryn at front desk was great! She checked in via text twice during my day and responded quickly to a minor issue I brought up. On another occasion I brought up to staff that there was dirt being tracked in the stairway and onto the landing area of the carpet and it was taken care of by the time I got back a couple hours later. The room, one bedroom, was nicely laid out. Bath vanity nightlight is a nice touch. Nice, hot water too. It was really cool to have two types of pillows on the bed and the pillowcases actually tell you if they’re firm or soft. Bed was very comfortable. I found the room to be quiet other than a little road noise. In the little kitchen, it would be nice to have something other than powdered creamer for coffee (could have the little containers of creamer that are available at the breakfast counter. And the only spoons were large spoons. Breakfast had some nice options with staff constantly refreshing items. The make your own waffles are always a treat. Only a couple of negatives. The Monday-Wednesday “social” is a nice idea, but it’s really just one or two little nibbles. Nothing else. And the with bathroom fan is very noisy. I did mention this to staff. Overall a great option in the area.

I stay at a lot of hotels for work, the room was fine , bathroom is very small, you practically have to stand in the shower to close the door. As others have stated, the walls are paper thin. When someone closes the door to the room next to you the wall shakes. The hallways are narrow with unnecessary corners making it difficult to access the small elevators with luggage. The breakfast area is not organized very well which causes unnecessary congestion, no place to set your plate down to add ketchup etc. and the condiments should be by the hot food where you would normally use them. The Laundry room was busy from 9am to 10pm Sunday. At one point there were people lined up waiting to use machines that were left unattended. The 5 washers and dryers are free to use. Seemed suspicious that all 5 were in use all day. No complaints with the staff. I probably will look for a different hotel if I’m back in this area.
