“Excellent staff and comfortable room”
This is an older apartment room- but comfortable with the accommodations of a kitchen etc. The staff especially tonight’s night gentleman staff have helped us .

“Most helpful staff!”
We had a problem at check in when third party vendor got our dates wrong. Rhonda and Azalea were at the desk. They provided a number to call to fix the date as they had a room and would honor the deal. Third party wanted to more than double the amount for the night! Rhonda even spoke to them saying… more

“Wonderful hotel”
Great hotel, with a wonderful breakfast. Martha H. kept us happy and cheerful with great food 😀. The staff overall is very friendly, and the location is right next to the Mall of America for you shoppers out there. It's also close to the airport.
