I wish I could give 10 stars!!! If you’re considering staying here, let me tell you, book immediately. I’ve stayed at other places before, and none of them come close to the warmth and true hospitality that Renee brings as the manager here at The Extended Stay. From the moment you walk in, Renee makes you feel like more than just a guest, she makes you feel seen and cared for. She’s hospitable, kind, respectful, and always welcoming with a smile. What stands out most is how thoughtful she is. She remembers the little things, she communicates clearly, and she goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is not only comfortable but memorable. No matter the situation, Renee jumps right on it and handles it with grace. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people who stay here, not just the job. She’ll work overtime, always ensuring that everything gets done, never cutting corners, and always keeping her guests’ comfort first. Housekeeping is great! They go above and beyond to make sure you have linen and keep the rooms and common areas clean. I have been able to get the best sleep since coming here. I’m glad I chose this location until I settle in. Whenever I need a place to stay I have always come back to the ESA hotels for the past 20 years in different states. I trust them. The rates are affordable especially if you want your own space and privacy with a kitchen. Thank you, Renee and the Staff for making it welcoming and taking care of me.
