“Hyatt”
Clean, comfortable, staff was nice. Breakfast wasn't great. Food was dry, burnt, and/or bland. Still mostly edible with syrup and it was included.

“Great Family Hotel”
Great location in downtown St Paul. Rooms are huge! Lots of space for the kids to stretch out. Nice landings on each floor to relax and play cards.

Good value. Room was nice with high ceilings and breakfast was fine. Staff was helpful and kind. You do need to request for room cleaning as they don't clean them daily.

“Great stay at a great price!”
Stayed at the Hyatt Place downtown just last week. We had a good experience. The bathroom lock was a bit troublesome and the room phone did not work but aside from these items the location was great, staff was super friendly and the price point was what drew me to stay at this location. “Not as good as I expected”
They don't clean the room on a daily basis, and when you ask to be cleaned they told me "priority clean the empty rooms for the coming guests"! Even when they clean, one day they will just take the used towels without doing anything else! the other day they will clean WIFI is not great
