We stayed at this location to see a Twins game, which we did and had a lot of fun. However, without our knowledge there was a carnival with a loud band that played until 2 a.m. the night before the game and was scheduled to continue the next night. We discussed that we did not want to stay the second night and go through that again, but the manager on duty, Brttany, did not offer a refund until we were at the game and she gave us 30 minutes notice. After the game, we went ahead and checked out despite having to pay for that night, which we did not use. When we returned home, we contacted Ryan Kidd, general manager, via email. He very quickly responded to my request for a refund and granted it, I was very pleased that a general manager would respond so quickly. I have to believe that he discussed this issue with his employees and they will do a better job in the future of informing their guests about situations like this, that willl cause a lot of discomfort for some guests.

“Great two night stay for a concert at U.S. Bank Stadium”

I stayed here for a weekend concert at U.S. Bank Stadium with a friend in April 2026. We had a great experience overall and it was conveniently located to a variety of places downtown. The Double Queen room was nicely appointed and a decent size, very clean and in good shape. One downside to note, is that there is no on-site hotel parking, instead you get a discounted rate for a commercial parking garage around the corner. Our stay was only for 2 nights but for the second day the garage tried to charge me the full amount without the hotel discount and I was stuck in the garage for a while trying to explain the situation to off site parking staff. I think the process could be a lot smoother for hotel guests.. Also depending on your comfort level and knowledge of downtown Minneapolis I would not walk around the hotel or downtown area at night, it did feel rather unsafe in a few spots. But if you're in a larger group it should be fine.

“Adequate if you’re staying downtown for a night or two”

Clean enough and convenient if you’re staying downtown and don’t plan to drive. The parking garage is around the corner and costs $25 - it’s a bit of a hassle to get to. The rooms were fine and the location is convenient to the downtown core business district.

For the most part is was ok. Downtown is ok more dirty than expected. I have stayed in many down towns and this was my least favorite. The sky ways are confusing. The hotel staff was on their phones most the time when asking a question. The eggs at breakfast were to put it politely gross(just my opinion). The rest of the breakfast was fine. The beds and rooms were clean and comfy. The morning we were leaving the fire alarms went off and when the kids and I walked out on the 8th floor it was covered in what we thought was smoke. Turns out someone set off a fire extinguisher and it got over all our stuff and my kids room was close to where they sprayed and my daughter didn’t feel good for a couple hours. There is not washer dryer/restaurant/valet parking/or hotel parking. You park in the public parking across the street. For the price I paid for a downtown hotel I would definitely not stay here. They are better options in down town with more perks for the same price or just slightly higher. Oh and the amount of ambiance and police noise was crazy! I have stayed like I said in many down town areas this one is definitely the nosiest.
