“Great experience”
We weren’t here for very long because we got in late & left early but it was a nice stay. Staff were friendly, room was clean (especially the shower), room thermostat was responsive, & the bed was comfortable. “Hampton Inn Branson Hills”
Shadee and Linda are the best! I dropped my waffles so Shade made me new ones and Linda cleaned my mess. I wanted to clean but they would not let me. Best service ever! Very clean room and indoor pool. Will be making this my go to when I visit Branson.

“Branson trip”
As with all Hampton inn hotels, this one was clean and inviting. It’s an older location but clean and fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful with information and tips would stay here again. Breakfast was fresh and hot. They had go bags available for early checkouts

“Both negatives and positives”
Negatives-no guest chair in room except one uncomfortable desk chair. Room was dark with inadequate lighting. Water in shower was cold. Positives-room was clean, breakfast was better than average, staff was friendly and helpful.
