We loved our accommodations. They were clean and spacious. The wifi didn't work and even after someone came out it still didn't work. We loved our accommodations. They were clean and spacious. The wifi didn't work and even after someone came out it still didn't work. Also, our house didn't have smart TVs, so we had cable with all the commercials. It was March so a rainy cold day kept us inside. Thankfully we brought some games. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub were fantastic. There were several families with small children enjoying the indoor pool as well. We only had one day with nice enough weather to be outside. For this, we would come back. WARNING-in order to get your parking pass you have to get pitched by a VERY pushy timeshare salesperson. After driving for hours and being exhausted, we firmly said no 3 times. After almost 30 minutes of feeling held hostage for the parking pass, we agreed to the 90-120 minute timeshare presentation. Then, we had to “hold our spot with a refundable deposit on our credit card.” Still exhausted we reluctantly complied. The next day, after resting and showers, we tried to get out of it and were told we WOULD be charged the $100 deposit. Ridiculous! Even spoke to a manager. We went to the presentation, for a total time of 150 minutes during our vacation. Wasted some nice sales guys' pitch on FIRM NO’s. For this, we probably won't be back.

“Nice home”

We stayed at 24 Dover. Upon arrival the air conditioner didn’t work. We called them asking for them to send someone to fix it. It took over a day and a half to get here. We stayed at 24 Dover. Upon arrival the air conditioner didn’t work. We called them asking for them to send someone to fix it. It took over a day and a half to get here. Once they did they fixed it quick. Only thing I would add is I wish they sold firewood for the fireplace. Other than that this was a great place to spend time with family.

“No longer the same as it used to be.....”

We had stayed at this resort when it was new, and are sad to see it has gone down hill. First thing I didn't care for was getting shuffled to the timeshare sellers to get our parking pass so they could harass me about attending a timeshare selling meeting. No, not interested! We had stayed at this resort when it was new, and are sad to see it has gone down hill. First thing I didn't care for was getting shuffled to the timeshare sellers to get our parking pass so they could harass me about attending a timeshare selling meeting. No, not interested! Just wanted to check in! When will they learn? Nobody wants to waste their vacation time in a high pressure timeshare presentation. The first cottage they put us in smelled overwhelmingly of mold. We turned on the furnace and it must have been the first time it was turned on as it added a terrible burning dust smell to the mold smell. We couldn't take it. We asked to be moved. The second cottage smelled much better. It was on an end facing the oncoming street. The front bedroom faced the street so all night long every car that passed, the headlights lit up the lower floor bedroom. This could easily be fixed if they added some blackout curtains over the blinds on that unit. (There was also no shade over the smaller window that was over the bed so we had to stick pillows over the window.) Sadly, the cottages are just looking run down and showing their age. Fascia/siding is missing on the outside, the furniture is wobbly, the beds are creaky/headboards are loose. TV in the living room would not work. Mattresses are hard/uncomfortable. You can see where they have torn down curtains and just left the rings dangling. Felt the need to wear shoes inside because the floors seemed dirty/dingy.
