“Housekeeping Shines, Front Desk Service Lacking”
Rooms were very clean—housekeeping did great—and Wi-Fi was excellent. The issue was check-in: despite booking online I was required to provide a cash deposit. I had no cash due to a safety emergency and offered a card/tap hold your system can process, but the desk refused and I had to borrow money.
