“Stayed a few times and will stay again and again”
Very close to all the sites of St. Louis. A short walk to the ballpark, the Arch right outside the door and the zoo only 10 minutes away. My only complaint is that the Starbucks in the hotel is not great and is often out of everything I want to order but that's a Starbucks problem.

“Hyatt has yet to let me down”
The experience at this hotel has always been among the best I have ever stayed at. They hire some of the best people making you feel like your stay really matters. A great hotel across the street from a beautiful national park.

“Convenient”
Clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Location was key as we were visiting Busch Stadium and the Gateway Arch. Walking distance to both. Only issue is parking is not included in room price. We did the valet which was very easy to access car if needed. Would stay here again.

“Horrible parking situation”
Check in process was really smooth and the room was nice but the valet parking was a disaster at check out time… we had to wait 45 min to get our car and then the car in front of us was damaged so had to wait even longer.. really need more then one person working valet when their is over 100 people… more

“Great Experience”
The hotel was clean and very nice! Overall, great experience and great price! Would stay again! Also, can't beat the location was able to walk everywhere!
