Hotel staff is very juice and helpful. Rooms are clean but bathroom needs some updating. Shower floors worn and discolored, wallpaper stained, etc. Breakfast is a win. We stayed at this hotel for about a week while our house was being renovated/fixed up. We stayed at this hotel for about a week while our house was being renovated/fixed up. Our experience was pretty mixed, with some good positives, and some negatives as well (mostly on the customer service end). Our room was pretty nice. It definitely had been updated in the past few years. No noticeable smell, clean sheets, and a modern/spacious vibe. The AC however was freezing and we had to unplug it as it wouldn’t go above 68 degrees. The room was probably the biggest positive to this place. This hotel has no pool, and is more of a “place to rest your head” amenity wise. There isn’t any room service, but there is a free breakfast, which was definitely not great quality and very overcrowded, but they do offer it. There is also a 24/7 gym with a decent amount of equipment. The gym was clean and pretty much empty every time I went to workout. Unfortunately, the staff was rude in every experience we had with them. When we checked in, the girl had a pretty big attitude. When a friend dropped off a gift for me at the front desk, the older man at the front demanded ID to make sure I wasn’t “trying to steal someone else’s gift”. Finally, we were told we could extend our stay at any time. However, when we called downstairs to do so, the SAME girl told us, in a very rude manner, “we don’t have any rooms, you should have booked weeks ago, go somewhere else”. While the room and grounds were nice, we probably wouldn’t stay here again because of the unnecessary attitude from the employees and the lack of amenities. We’ve paid half the price at much nicer places and have been treated much better as well.
