“Great customer service”
When we entered our first room, the air conditioning wasn't working. Talked with front desk & maintenance tried to fix it when we were gone for dinner. “Great location. Highly recommend”
Very cool hotel! Lobby sets the tone. Rooms are clean and nicely done. Front desk team were great! Only complaint is I wish they had a coffee service in lobby without going to restaurant. One tip is maps drops you off on the wrong side of hotel so it is a little loop to get back to valet… more

“Very nice hotel not far from the Arch!”
Beautiful lobby and equally beautiful rooms. Clean and modern looking. Parking was a bit tricky since it’s in the city, but it was overall a very comfortable stay!
