“Lovely hotel”

Attractive rustic style hotel. I booked the king suite. All the furnishing were excellent. Couch, desk with chair. Large TV with great channel choices. Bathroom amenities. Refrig with freezer. Microwave. Comfortable bed & pillows. Friendly reception. Easy check in and check out.

“The Only Place to Stay in Billings”

One of the best mid-level hotel experiences ever. Great front desk staff, large comfortable room with easy chair and ottoman (try finding one of those these days!). One of the best mid-level hotel experiences ever. Great front desk staff, large comfortable room with easy chair and ottoman (try finding one of those these days!). Plenty of drawer space to unpack, functional kitchenette, a clock across the room instead of hidden below the pillows on a low nightstand. Enough hangers in closet (another rare find), and plenty of parking to boot. I am a very hard grader and seldom give full points - it is a pleasure to make an exception for this stay!

“Excellent employee, reliably comfortable stay”

We stayed here for one night on our way home from CA to MN. We called from the road to make a reservation and the hotel employee was extremely helpful and courteous. We stayed here for one night on our way home from CA to MN. We called from the road to make a reservation and the hotel employee was extremely helpful and courteous. When we arrived, it was the same employee and she was even more delightful. Sorry I didn't get her name but she worked the afternoon/evening shift on April 8th. She was friendly but professional, very efficient and an overall excellent employee. I had occasion to sit in the lobby for about an hour later that evening and heard her be as friendly and professional with everyone who walked in. The stay otherwise was what we expect from Best Western - roomy, clean, comfortable and with probably the best breakfast of any of the chain hotels. We can always count on Best Western for a positive experience.

Kid and pet friendly location with easy access back to the interstate, gas stations and dining options at walking distance. Kelly Inn has all the usual hotel amenities: business center, fitness room and pool and breakfast. They also allow pets with notice and have a very child centered aquodic setup. The deepest is 3.5 feet with a rope course, slides and water feature. It doesn't open until 7AM, but breakfast comes out at 6 to get your day going. I could hear the pool up on the third floor so not a location for early/light sleepers. Facility was clean and staff was available at the front to assist with local guidance. I had a great stay in my clean room, declined maid service during those days but it was hopping to right at my checkout.
