I first reserved a two night stay in a room with double beds with a small kitchenette, refrigerator TV to relax and a fresh bathroom to be able to come to Billings and do a few business days of work for my company. I spoke first night just saying a heater on the wall three or four times until I could get a little bit comfortable in the room as far-as temperature. I spent the remaining of the night and early morning getting frustrated because that unit was not working properly. When I came into the room. The fridge was not plugged in. I have medicine that must stay in the fridge in order to keep so, I plugged the fridge in and put medicine in it thinking it would come on and work and when I checked in the morning to get my medicine, I opened the fridge and this horrible smell of chemicals came out of it and it was actually fairly warm so was my medicine. to top things off with my usual look after taking a shower I proceeded to fix my hair for the day. I brought a curling iron with so I went and got it and brought it into the bathroom where I normally curl my hair in front of the mirror and the outlets in the bathroom did not work at all . So I proceeded to heat the curling iron up in the bedded area and then unplug it and go to the mirror so I could finishcurling my hair several times before I was finished. So at this point my first night unfortunately fell into not much sleep hot medicine and no curling iron without running back-and-forth through frustration of nothaving any sleep. This was not a good look for me.🤣 At that point I had made up my mind that I would go into the office and let them know that there were a couple of things that I felt could probably use a little maintenance or get looked at, and as I explained myself to the manager (Charlie); she began to understand part of my frustration. She was kind to me during my frustrations, and seemed to put on her superwoman cape ~ fly in and save the day! She offered several different choices to me to start solving these problems immediately. As we talk the situation over her, she offered a free upgrade and apologized about the situation and made an absolutely astounding effort to fix my first night‘s problems completely.. I was so appreciative of her, trying to make up for a few minor problems and make me feel completely at ease so I accepted her offer. Her kind and thoughtful and apologetic tone absolutely changed my mind about this facility. It seems as though these people are here to make their guests feel comfortable, and it shows…….. But do understand the reason I feel so compelled to leave a great review: is because of the staff members who put 110% of values, kindness, and understanding Devotion into their customers; (and it shows…….) 🥰. I would like to give my highest regards to one of your employees, (Nate)! Nate has a very positive caring character and absolute dedication to bringing every comfort possible to his customers, I believe. I believe Nate is a huge asset here at Fairbridge. His service skills and mannerism is what kept me here and I have extended my stay here in Billings because of the hospitality and kindness that I feel from this staff. My next business trips to Billings will definitely be here with this company. These people bring a warm and glowing and friendly atmosphere that anyone would welcome and choose to return to this facility for future plans of travels and or business plans. I feel as though the staff rolls the red carpet out for me when I am in the room. Your staff has impeccable service traits; (and it shows!!!!!!!). Thanks for caring 🌹

I think Fairbridge is trying, but my beef was with the shuttle. We called and they said they would come, and then we waited and waited and waited. Long day of travel, dying to get into bed, and where is it? Turns out the woman in the van who was on her phone WAS the shuttle, but she did not have… more

I think Fairbridge is trying, but my beef was with the shuttle. We called and they said they would come, and then we waited and waited and waited. Long day of travel, dying to get into bed, and where is it? Turns out the woman in the van who was on her phone WAS the shuttle, but she did not have any signs or indication that she was from a hotel, and she didn't look interested in any passengers coming out the doors. She never looked up or around like she was looking for us. How were we supposed to know? This wasn't an Uber where they tell you the car and license plate number. The security guys finally called the hotel back to ask and they said "she's there." She acted impatient with us when we finally went over to her car, and had been about to leave. Is this weird, or what? Have a sign that says your hotel, even if it's on the dash! We were looking at everyone, and I felt too awkward to knock on her window to see if she was there for us. Also, the bathroom had a pocket door that didn't work. Would not come out. Maybe everyone doesn't want a wide open bathroom door? Other than that, the breakfast wasn't bad. I know, I shouldn't complain and they just took it over from Rodeway, but they should know there are issues!
