“Great outdoor pool”
We are return guests! We especially lived the outdoor pool this visit. The water was warm and the environment was quiet. Perfect for a warm summer day. Breakfast was typical and had many choices. The apartment style room is fabulous! We highly recommend this hotel.

“Been there, gonna keep doing that.”
We are repeat offenders. We've stayed a handful of times and keep coming back. There were two wedding parties staying at the facilities and at least one of them had their ceremony at the gazebo. “Lovely evening at Annabelle Gardens”
The condo style room provided so many nice amenities - like a fully stocked kitchen and full size frig. Since we had such a nice space, we decided to bring food in & eat there and just relax. “Top notch!”
We love this place! Clean rooms, comfy beds. Nice little kitchen. Washer and dryer if you need it. Great breakfast! We love the outside too, very nicely kept! The only place we stay in Lincoln. We will be back!

“13 day stay for NHSR Finals”
Everything about this hotel is top notch, from the clean rooms with comfy beds to the wonderful staff! Very accommodating to your needs no matter if it’s the front desk to the housekeeping staff! Such a luxury resort feel and that’s hard to find in Lincoln, NE.
