“Wonderful”
We felt like family when we arrived, once again we have stayed at this hotel for the last 4,or 5 years. Staff is terrific. Breakfast was wonderful. We love the full variety.

“Not worth it. Plus expect a $150 refundable deposit”
Had got the jacuzzi rooms and unfortunately the walls were filthy like someone wiped they dirty hands all over it and it was never cleaned. The floors feel nasty, the furnace is very dirty and disgusting and the jacuzzi had hair still left over in it. Also rooms definitely aren’t worth no $150 de… more

“Upset about handicap accessibility”
I had booked two rooms to be side by side.Because I had my grandson and his children with us. I had picked a handicap room in him a regular room. I requested them side by side and at a pawn check in.I was told we couldn't do that. Also, the handicapped room that I booked was not a handicapped room.… more
