I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall facilities were good. A special thank you to Meghen at reception—she was incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. Her friendly attitude truly stood out and made a great impression. That said, I feel the other reception staff could do a little better in terms of friendliness and approachability.

“A Good Value for the Money”

The check-in staff was helpful & friendly. I enjoyed the coffee, popcorn & cookies they had available after hours. The room amenities were very nice with a sofa and kitchen area along with the bed. The check-in staff was helpful & friendly. I enjoyed the coffee, popcorn & cookies they had available after hours. The room amenities were very nice with a sofa and kitchen area along with the bed. My concerns were cared for by the management. I appreciate them greatly. I got to the breakfast bar a little after 6 am. The offerings rivaled that of most cafes. Wonderful! I would stay at this Hotel2 again.

“Standard Kitchenette Suites with Lackluster Breakfast”

We stayed at this location four three nights while visiting family in the area. We had a queen suite with kitchenette. The room was clean and smelled relatively fresh, including the apartment sized refrigerator. The kitchenette was well stocked with plates, silverware, etc. and included a toaster. A stovetop range was available on request, but we didn’t ask. The rooms were fairly quiet. You could hear hallway noise, but not the room next to you. Water pressure and temperature were great and the shower had plenty of space/shelves. Room service visited on day two of our stay and did a great job freshening everything up. Overall, the accommodations were average. The building has some cosmetic concerns, but we still felt like it was clean enough and were comfortable staying multiple days. Keep these things in mind, though: - The “queen” bed seemed like it was a custom size, closer to a full - Breakfast. It’s included, but is more of a breakfast sandwich bar. Hashbrowns, meat, etc. were all luke-warm. Some of the potato options were overly salty, as well. Nothing was labeled with allergen content and many items were mislabeled entirely (ex. Orange juice in the apple juice dispenser). There were no dairy free or gluten free options, unlike what I’ve seen in other similar hotels. Utensils, plates, etc. were out of stock and not refilled for long periods of time. After trying it once we went across the way and ate at First Watch (highly recommend!) Disappointing, though, because it’s included your stay. - The pool area was closed the whole time we were there, with no explanation as to why. If you plan on using the pool or hot tub, call ahead. - Be aware that the lot has just enough parking for guests/staff and you may need to park around the back if you arrive later in the evening. - I was charged for the whole stay on day 2 of 3 and noticed it was for $30 more than the receipt stated. It was just a $30 hold that eventually disappeared, but the sales person I talked to said that holds if $50-$100 are not uncommon, especially when traveling with pets. Holds should disappear in 5 business days or less, but it’s still good to be aware of.
