It was a great trip. I haven’t been traveling for over a decade now, but now the kids are all grown and have kids of their own. I’m back out doing some traveling as I’m a Senior Broadcast engineer in the studios. I work for a bunch of different clients, but Fox Sports is a main client and they allow us to request what hotel and rental car agency we’d like to use as well as other things as you might expect. Anyway, I was greeted with a smile very professional yet friendly. I didn’t have my Hilton Honors card available and she said she would put a note down to remind me on the way out, which she did awesome when I went to go up to my room with all my bags I was struggling getting into the door. She must’ve noticed that on the surveillance cameras, or just by looking down the hall I’m not sure and she went and helped me out and got me all the way to the elevator as I had it from there. When I got into the room, it was immaculate. Everything was in its place. It was clean everything worked. I was very pleased after a long day. I went to use the entertainment center, and was pleased to find out that upon by leaving any streaming platform that I logged into was erased automatically very cool feature guys nice job hats off to the IT department. I loved all the amenities that you had to offer. I didn’t get to use all of them as this was a one day trip, but I look forward to the week and two week long trips that will probably spend at your hotels in the future. When I left the next morning, there was a note reminding the lady there checking me out to ask if I had my rewards card and I did once again the step above thanks again for a great stay. I appreciate all the extra effort that you guys go to to make our lives a little bit less stressful until the next time. sincerely Kevin Nicholson a truly senior Broadcast Engineer laugh out loud.

I have spent years traveling for both pleasure and business. This Homewood Suites is superior to every other hotel that I have stayed at anywhere in the world. The facility, amenities, but most importantly the staff are 2nd to none. The courtyard and pool area are perfect for relaxing and hanging out with family, friends, and colleagues. Tandice, Rosa, Jose, Patrick, Tatiana, and Aaron do a great job of making each guest feel special as they welcome them to the hotel. Angela and Tammy lead the staff and have developed a culture of exceptional service which is noticeable in all aspects of the hotel. If you are traveling to the Las Vegas area, this is a great place to stay.

The location was great close to a lot of food options and gas stations. Easy access to freeway. The breakfast was the highlight; my family and I were pleasantly surprised and impressed by the breakfast selection and quality of the food. They had an oatmeal and yogurt bar, waffle station, bagels and pastries, delicious sausage, omelettes, cereal decent quality tea and coffee it was great. The kids had fun at the pool and jacuzzi everything was clean. The room was nice neat and clean with a pretty full kitchen and dishwasher. The only down side was the bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable and the mattress kept slipping and making a space between the headboard and mattress to where our pillow was falling into the space and made me have to keep waking up to readjust. It was fine for just a short weekend but I wouldn’t want to stay more than 3 days because of the bed. Staff were all super nice and friendly.
