Jennifer at the Diamond check in is a godsend. Extremely helpful with a package that was delivered, made check in a breeze, and went out of her way to accommodate my associates who were in a distressed checkin situation. A++++++ more employees should take her lead!

“Would stay here again.”
The horseshoe hotel was very clean and centrally located. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to check in at 8am and got a nice view room. I would stay here again!
