Small, shallow pools, not enough beds for a hotel with over 3,000 rooms, no parasols for beds, everything is paid extra. They want to make you pay disgusting prices for cabanas with no drink included. Prices for drinks at the pool area are absolutely disgusting. Resort fees of $50 per night are even more disgusting. Location: Comfy beds. Quiet room, cleaned every day.

Misleading “Renovated” Claim - Disappointing Stay ⭐⭐ (2/5 stars) Room Quality Issues I booked an Ultra Hip King Suite that was advertised as “renovated,” but this is highly misleading. The renovation was clearly done many years ago—likely a decade or more—and the room shows significant wear. The furniture looks aged and tired, while the carpeting and flooring are noticeably old and outdated. For a room marketed as “ultra hip” with “luxury bedding and designer touches”, the reality fell far short of expectations and was definitely overpriced for what you actually get.[tripadvisor +1] The Few Positives The bed and pillows were genuinely comfortable, which aligns with Planet Hollywood’s advertised “PHabulous Bed”. Everything in the room was clean, which I appreciated. The kiosk check-in process was smooth and efficient—no lengthy lines or waiting at the front desk. Having Starbucks easily accessible in the hotel helped offset an otherwise disappointing experience.[planethollywoodhotels +2] Dining Experience I ordered dinner to-go from PF Chang’s, and the food was mediocre at best—just OK, nothing special. Final Verdict I would not stay at Planet Hollywood again. The dated condition of the “renovated” rooms combined with the high prices make this a poor value proposition. I’d rather allocate my travel budget toward a much newer hotel where the amenities and room quality match what’s advertised. The prime Strip location doesn’t compensate for the misleading marketing and aging infrastructure.

The room was comfortable with a view of the Sphere which our granddaughter loved. They had a message on the phone they had to shut water off for a little while due to water shortage. The room was comfortable with a view of the Sphere which our granddaughter loved. They had a message on the phone they had to shut water off for a little while due to water shortage. The pool wat nice. However, they had few chairs except for cabanas and lounge chairs that went with them for RENT . You could not bring outside snacks or drinks poolside. The exchange rate was 5.00 handling fee, so for 150.00 Canadian, you got 96.90 USA, which is higher exchange than our banks here. When we got there, a 55.00 us resort fee was added on top of our trip package we already paid for. We heard they were waving for some casinos, which wasn't true. The casino it's self is one of the smoker casinos that we were in on the strip.
