Great customer service. Rooms come with a balcony. However some come with washer and dryer and others do not. Be sure to ask because it's not suggested or recommended.

We appreciated the one bedroom with kitchen layout. It was more than enough space for 2 people. We also enjoyed our balcony with the view of the Sphere.
