We stayed here because of its proximity to Allegiant Stadium. This way we could walk to a restaurant across the street from the stadium to have an early dinner and then go to see Paul McCartney. The hotel is a standard nice Residence Inn by Marriott. It was neat, clean, and pretty standard for a RI. The parking however, is kind of jacked up because now like so many properties they outsource it to some scandalous parking company who overcharge and only are able to pay for parking through yet another app on your phone. I think this is absolutely ridiculous and they should be able to put the parking charge onto the room tab. The front desk person was not friendly st all and it was obvious that she had to tell many people that parking was only done on the app which nobody seemed to like. The place has a pool which is small but convenient if you want to get wet for a few minutes and also a barbecue area and a small basketball court. The breakfast is also the standard breakfast you get at pretty much in every residence inn across the country. For the convenience of being next to the stadium it’s worth a stay, but if I wasn’t staying for the stadium, there are clearly other choices. One noticeable difference, which was nice is that the TV in the breakfast area did not have news: no Fox News and no CNN news but instead had the animal show called Wild Kingdom, which is very neutral.

A huge thank you to Kimberly and the RI team for making our stay great-I am Titanium and they went out of their way to upgrade me and my family on a very busy weekend. (We got 2/3 nights which was awesome). First, the location is ideal if you are headed to the stadium or Mandalay Bay Convention center-a 10-15 minute easy walk. Also, very close to the airport. Second, the price is typically a fraction of what the strip hotels cost and there is free breakfast and no resort fee. Third, having a kitchen in Vegas is so clutch bc it takes forever to walk through casino floors to eating establishments for 3 meals/day and sometimes the lines are insane (i.e. at Starbucks). This is especially true when there is a game/show/convention happening-you can save a ton of time (and money). Only downsides to the hotel are the noise-yes, you can hear the planes and, depending on the room, the highway. (We didn't have any issues hearing other guest in the hotel) But if you're on the other end of the strip, there is a train, so there's always something. Would definitely bring a white noise machine or earplugs. Other than that, the sofabeds are brand new (most of them still have the plastic on the mattresses), and the pool area is very nice and well kept. Would stay again.

This property is located near Allegiant stadium which is very convenient if you're going to the stadium for an event. It's pretty new and in good condition. This property is located near Allegiant stadium which is very convenient if you're going to the stadium for an event. It's pretty new and in good condition. Our room was a standard Residence Inn one bedroom which wasn't a surprise. The windows aren't insolated well, you hear a lot of outside noise. You also hear people in other rooms. The hotel is located under the takeoff pattern for the airport and planes were regularly taking off until 1 am.
