My title "It All Depends On Your Expectations" is seriously important when choosing or not choosing this property. If you want "the Vegas Experience" you won't find it here. If you are trying to "minimize the Vegas Hustle," this is exactly where you want to be. Checked all the boxes for me as a clean, peaceful (birds chirping!), mid level hotel with complimentary breakfast and internet and parking with no resort fees. Security guard(s) constantly circling property on foot and in golf cart 24 hours and there is a gated entry that opens with the room key. There were 4 of us, all over 70, and we've been to Vegas dozens of times over the years so did not need the Strip "action." We were in town for the NCAA Hockey Frozen Four and found a surprising number of other hockey fans (seniors) in the breakfast room. The property is older so that comes with pluses and minuses. Toilets are impressively full flush, there are many walkways connecting the 16 or so 3-story buildings with nicely landscaped grass (and sounds of birds everywhere). We requested & were assigned the 2 Bedroom Bi-Level Bldg 14 (Room 1424) with 2 bathrooms, 3 TV's (40 stations using DISH), & a full kitchen. All of the 2 Bedrooms appear to be up one 2nd/3rd level requiring outdoor stairs. They don't have much soundproofing (wooden squeaks, especially on the stairs) within the unit but outside noise was screened just fine. There were enough outlets everywhere though the chairs and lamps are looking ready for replacement as they are looking worn and outdated. It looked like the highest numbers buildings (16, 18) had great views of the Sphere at night from 2nd and 3rd levels but are the furthest from the breakfast area. If you want luxury, want getting spoiled with a Vegas splurge, do not stay here. If you are a sensible, practical person who just likes a good night's sleep, you'll find it just find.d Housekeeping came every day, cleaning if we were not there and, if we were there, asked what we needed replenished. The coffeemaker is a one cup, tray type with packet. The kitchen had 4 cups, 4 glasses, sets of 4 plates in 3 sizes, and silverware. Dish soap, dish towels, dishwasher power supplied. The front desk staff also were very helpful. When my key didn't work once, they personally walked over to doublecheck and found that the door had just gotten a bit stuck, the key worked fine. On checkout day they extended my time for an hour free (I have Silver Marriott Rewards Status). There is a nice water filtration machine in the main building if you want to refill water bottles. Places to walk the dog, a court for ball sports. All in all a pleasant area that could never be built nowadays with the price of real estate. The location, while close to the Convention Center, does not have a restaurant nearby but most everyone staying there had a car or truck.

He showed genuine compassion and understanding, which made a world of difference for myself and my family. His customer service and strong ethical approach immediately put us at ease and allowed us to feel comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. As a traveling sports mom/sister/aunt, comfort is something we truly value—and Roger gets that. His professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Roger, for going above and beyond ❤️

“Awesome stay”

Had a great stay, free breakfast, spacious room and I got upgraded to a one bedroom suite!! Quite and really close to the strip and las vegas sign.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Two separate sleeping areas: downstairs bedroom has a door, upstairs loft bedroom does not.
