“Awesome experience worth returning to.”
Great experience, great rewards, awesome restaurants and shows. The place is very music oriented with the latest and nostalgic videos always playing. The shops have affordable prices and the Kiss mini golf is fun. We generally visit during the early part of the week, and it's nice to see the place … more

“Good experience for the price”
The new rooms are beautiful. Hopefully they can redo the rest of the rooms in the Masquerade tower. The gym is new and well equipped. Luckley Tavern has a delicious steak frites. Starbucks is easily overwhelmed with the large conventions held here. Great valet service.

“DON'T GO NEAR THIS HOTEL!!”
Hotel was OK. Reception staff rude. Was overpriced in fees...actually paid $50 for a 2pm checkout which they denied. Took double in fees. Place is a rip off...keep away people
