Pros: Prices are reasonable Suites are very large No music at the pool. THANK YOU No personal speakers anywhere. THANK YOU. Grounds are nicely kept. Check-in was quick. Pool is large but…see below Nice balconies Lazy river was fun Plenty of towels at the pool. Grounds staff was universally helpful and hard working. Cons: Deal breaker for my family: There were WAY too few pool chairs. People were set up on the pavement because there was nowhere to sit. People racing down in the morning to “reserve” chairs. This is an unnecessary stressor and will prevent us from returning. Not enough lifeguards so parts of the pool were closed off every day. Pool is VERY crowded. Housekeeping is a work in progress having nothing to do with the housekeepers. They were great. Service has to be booked the day ahead and then they either get there or they don’t. This is a systemic problem and there probably aren’t enough housekeepers. For some odd reason a part of the pool has a beach/sand entry. Therefore there is sand everywhere…in the pool, on the walkways, on the chairs. Everywhere. Yuk. There isn’t enough parking outside the buildings. We had to do a crawl for a spot every time we went out. Finally returned the car. There is almost no food available around the pool. You must walk up to the lobby and “take out”. Annoying and a total pain. There is a good system of bracelets of different colors for owners and guests. Except it wasn’t enforced. People were all over the resort with no bracelets…especially kids. No security if you’re not going to enforce bracelets. We would be happy to go back but we won’t deal with hunting for pool chairs every day.

The family suites were great for our family of 6. It was nice to have a place for everyone to sleep comfortably. The resort has fun pools. The family suites were great for our family of 6. It was nice to have a place for everyone to sleep comfortably. The resort has fun pools. I was irritated that they did not have enough lifeguards on staff to open the big pool fully most mornings we were there. This was awful because everyone was crowded rather that being able to spread out and enjoy the space. The lazy river closed at 6 which was tough because we didn't have much time to enjoy this after a day of exploring. The on site pizza was tasty and very convenient. The shuttle service to the Excaliber was helpful the one day we used it, but dropping off there still made for a long walk to get to the center of the strip. Be prepared to walk a LOT. If you decide to use the laundry facilities in the family suites, plan ahead. It took 2+ hours to wash a TINY load and over 4 hours to dry it.

“Nice stay to explore the area.”

Arrived here March 11th for a one week stay in a 2 bedroom for the 4 of us adults. I exchanged into here via Interval and it was our first stay. Very friendly staff. Villa was clean on check-in. Arrived here March 11th for a one week stay in a 2 bedroom for the 4 of us adults. I exchanged into here via Interval and it was our first stay. Very friendly staff. Villa was clean on check-in. Pool and lazy river were nice. Grounds were very tropical and lush. Plenty of parking for our rental car. We used the shuttle a few times to get to the strip and that was nice on the weekend instead of fighting the traffic. Food and drinks were expensive so we opted to cook in our villa after a trip to Smith's for groceries. We also ate at the large variety of fast food to the south of the resort near the outlet mall and Smith's grocery. Loved eating at Raising Cane's! We did mostly exploring of the desert area, traveling to Death Valley National Park, Valley of Fire State Park, Red Rock Canyon, etc. It was a super bloom this year due to the rain in the winter so we got to see many flowering cactus and others. Springs Preserve was a real highlight also. The only negative is we never saw a maid the entire time and had to keep calling for supplies like dishwasher soap, laundry soap, etc.
