“Dennis was very helpful at the front desk. Eldorado in reno”
I was in a bit of a bind and needed assistance from the business ctr. The center was closed for lunch so I encounted Dennis at reception. He was very helpful and solved my issue in minutes. Thank you Dennis!

“Great location, good room, inadequate wifi.”
Decent room once you get past the casino and hallways of ancient cigarette smoke masked by fragrance. Wifi was quite slow and inconsistent in our 10th floor room of the 10-story tower. Many dining options within the hotel and nearby and right on Virginia St with its majestic neon.
