“Best experience”
We stayed at Reno West. My son had been sick from traveling and Sasha was amazing! So helpful and offered anything and everything she could possibly think of to get us through the night. I will never forget your kindness! Thank you Sasha!

“Exceptional Employee engagement”
The receptionist, Sasha D., was a delight. Very helpful and pleasant. She made our short stay memorable. She exceeded our expectations in every way. The Hampton Inn& Suites Reno West is a great place to stay. The hotel is new and clean with plenty of amenities to keep everyone happy. The stay was great, the room was clean, breakfast was a good selection of items but most of all the staff was exceptional!! Sasha was so friendly and accommodating!!
