As a Hilton Honors Diamond member I enjoy staying at different properties across the Hilton portfolio. I had been to this hotel once before, so this was my 2nd visit. One amenity I have come to expect is complimentary spring water. I don't enjoy drinking tap water, not knowing its source. Yet when I visited the front desk (relatively early in the afternoon) I was told that they were out of spring water. I was not told whether it would be available later. This meant I had to brush my teeth with questionable New Jersey tap water. Everything else with the room was great. No issues with WiFi, TV, nor climate control. Ample room in the suite for my belongings. Bathroom had plenty counter space. Breakfast was satisfactory, as I was able to get both sausage and eggs.

“Nice stay”

Very nice hotel! The peeps at front desk are A+. BE sure to bring your own drinks, etc. as the prices at the hotel are VERY pricey. Free breakfast was good. Downside: Asked for additional pillows twice from the cleaning ladies..they yessed me to death and no go. never got them. Then ag… more

Then again, there were 3 wedding parties that weekend so maybe not enoug pillows? who knows? the room pillows are like pancakes so as for more as soon as you get there!!! other than that, no issues!

I have a few bits of feedback about the property. First, it was really cold in NJ in the aftermath of the big blizzard, and in order to get my room warm I had to set the thermostat to 78 degrees, and it never got to 78. It felt more like 70 or 72. That was not a problem for sleeping (I dropped it to 74 and it was probably in the high 60’s or low 70’s), but mornings were… let’s say “brisk” even when I attempted to crank it back up. Second, the water in the shower never got beyond sort-of-warm on the first morning. I ran it at the hottest setting for at least 10 minutes, and it went from cold to warm-ish. A cool/ chilly shower is not how I want to start my day. Since I was on an upper floor I thought maybe I was just a long way from the water heater. On morning 2 I turned the shower on to the hottest setting as soon as I got up. After maybe 15 minutes it was warm again, but not hot and not comfortable. On morning 3, my final day, with apologies for what I may have done to the water bill, I gave it 25 minutes, and at great (great!) length, it got warm enough that I could actually notch the setting back very slightly and have a nice shower. On day 1, there was no bath gel. The cannister was empty. Once I asked for a refill for the next morning, they did give me a new, full one. My final quibble is, like many hotels, they use the thin, 1-ply toilet paper. Does that really save enough money for them to justify that choice, especially when one has to use 3 or 4 times the normal amount. Now, on the plus side, the room was quiet (my universal first request) and clean, and the young man who checked me in was cheerful, friendly, and very helpful. Overall, manageable, but not a great stay. As a colleague of mine says, on a business trip we have enough to do without having to manage the hotel. Agreed.

Decent hotel, could be better. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in room 507, after arriving we took a shower that was luke warm at best. The shower curtain was installed correctly so the curtain kept sliding away from the wall. You had to hold it while taking a shower or the water… more

Decent hotel, could be better. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in room 507, after arriving we took a shower that was luke warm at best. The shower curtain was installed correctly so the curtain kept sliding away from the wall. You had to hold it while taking a shower or the water would go all over the floor. The toilet was weak. The heater was good until 8 am when it started to make a loud humming sound.
