“Great room for an amazing price”

We loved our stay here. Small hotel with friendly, helpful staff, comfortable beds and good breakfast. The location right off the Interstate was perfect. There were plenty of nearby restaurants. My kids loved playing in the clean pool. A really great value at a nice clean hotel.

There were no knives available at breakfast, only spoons, so I buttered my bagel with a spoon. My husband had a pocket knife, so he used that. There were also no plates, so we used bowls for the bagels, and there were no napkins. So weird. Room was nice and quiet. Sort of weird that there is a wind… more

There were also no plates, so we used bowls for the bagels, and there were no napkins. So weird. Room was nice and quiet. Sort of weird that there is a windows on the hallway. Pool is large, though we didn't have time to go in. Shampoo and conditioner bottlrs were not attached to the shower wall, but the body soap was. Decent stay, just weird. Oh, and they charged me TWICE for incidentals so I'm keeping a close eye on my credit card statement to make sure they clear both of those.

As a silver tiered member, the only item of note with this property was the one bottle of water given at check-in. It was placed in a bag with some plain chips. I will simply aim to LIST OUT what we encountered: 1. The elevator was the tiniest one I have ever been forced to use at any Hilton property, ever. 2. No hanging door sign was in the room - had to request it from the front desk. 3. No ice on our floor - had to go down to floor one 4). Pool had limited hours in the morning - and by the time I got off, it was full of kids due to (either a band OR some other HS group) there 5. Thin walls 6. Two TVs were in the room, but the layout DOES NOT look much like the advertised photos - (this property is VERY dated) 7. Room had a balcony, but the view was of storage units, the HS bus, and work trucks 8. No charging ports inside of the room, nor in the lobby. This is 2025, and it is an expectation - please update your property. 9. Ironing board was very small and hard to use for us - we are both near (or over) 6ft tall 10. Uneven floors in the hallway & inside the rooms 11. Sloppy wallpaper and painting inside rooms and walkways 12. NO HOT FOOD for breakfast - (nothing). We went to Village Inn (up the street). It is a local I-Hop type of place. 13. There were coffee grains, in the hot water tube. 14. NO MICROWAVE inside the room - there was just ONE in the lobby, by the front desk. STRONGLY CONSIDER placing one on each floor, if your mgt refuses to place them inside the rooms. 15. Small frig inside room had a light inside of it - (that was neat). 16. Bed slept well and room had a tub. We will avoid returning to this Hilton property. The brand needs to be removed from the location, because this was quite honestly the most subpar Hilton property we ever patronized. It was quite lack luster.
