“such good sleep 🥱”
our car broke down, next to the chevy dealership LOL. they told us to come here, and the guy at the front desk here got us half off our room 😭 genuinely amazing customer service and the people in the surrounding area are amazing.

“Lovely hotel even during renovations”
The hotel we had booked had closed down with no warning so we were stranded in Artesia with nowhere to stay. We saw this hotel and went in to ask if they could accommodate us for 1 night. “the downfall was the night time staff front desk lady. She was rude, acted like what ever we asked was a burden and rude”
Rooms great, front desk night lady was rude, acted like we were a burden and would not say you’re welcome. Just an unpleasant woman. The rooms were clean and did not smell bad. The other hotel staff were pleasant and helpful without making us feel like we were doing something wrong or a burden.
