My experience at Elcanto was great. The service is amzing! Max who assisted us was very respectful and helpful. She deserves a pay raise for the service she gave us. “Excellent”
I had an issue with a child getting sick on the bed. The housekeeping guy, bald with glasses. Didn't catch a name, he was awesome. Came up at 2130 and changed out the bed sheets and everything. Max n Martha were also amazing.
