“Very great experience”
Hotel was very clean and staff was very pleasant. Front desk clerk named Brandon was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed

“Friendly staff and great location”
Very convenient location right next to the main street in Ruidoso. My room was nice - a good value for the price. October at the front desk was fantastic!

“Best hotel in Ruidoso”
Love this hotel ! Best place to relax and receive the best customer service. I come to this hotel ever time I come to Ruidoso. Brandon is very kind and friendly. Greets us with a smile and is very professional.

“Perfect and very clean”
It is a great and friendly atmosphere, the girl at the front desk October was friendly ,very clear and informal about any questions I had , I highly recommend this hotel . The rooms are cleaned perfect and refilled with towels etc, I will be staying here again.!
