“Wonderful Property”

The condos are very convenient to the area attractions. The condo itself was well-maintained. The staff was very responsive to our needs.

This resort has been nicely updated as part of its affiliation with Hilton. It is within easy walking distance of the Plaza, and is adjacent to a busy street, but rooms facing away from the street are reasonably quiet. Our one-bedroom unit had the most unusual layout I have ever encountered: To move from the living area to the bedroom requires going through the bathroom. That's not convenient! The kitchen set-up is limited -- a two-burner cooktop and a microwave, with no mixing bowls or storage dishes -- so meal prep requires some ingenuity. But the resort is mostly adequate, and we enjoyed our visit.

I stayed at The Hilton vacation club villas de sante fe while visiting New Mexico. Room: 1 king bed with pull out Check in: 5/5 check in was quick, easy, courteous and the attendant was helpful with all of our information. Location: located down town Sante Fe it’s within walking distances of lots of amenities Parking: 5/5 parking was readily available and we were provided with parking passes for both of our cars. Room: 5/5 the room was spacious with a great balcony that overlooked the spa. We were on the third floor and it was quite quiet The bed: 2/5 easily the most dissapointing part. Honestly one of my favourite part of hotels is climbing into a bed that is freshly made with those extra soft linens, unfortunately for us our linens were so pilled that it felt like my oldest set of sheets at home. If we were here multiple nights I would have asked for new sheets but would have been more of a hassle late at night for us. The pool/hot tub(spa): 4/5 the pool and hot tub were located outside the main lobby and are exposed to the outdoors (plus). The pool is heated which was appreciated however the hot tubs jets were not working. Didn’t get a chance to check the other hot tub. Overall: 4/5 The biggest detractor for me was the pilled sheets. After a long day it was dissapointing to find especially at the price point of the hotel.

I recently stayed at the Hilton and had a mixed experience. Check-in & Room: The check-in felt cold and unwelcoming. When I arrived, the dishwasher was running, but it was empty—seeing clean dishes in there would have reassured me about cleanliness. The kitchen setup is decent, but the table and chairs feel awkwardly arranged and tight fitting/too close to the door. Fragrance & Allergies: If you’re sensitive to fragrance, be aware there’s a strong smell in the room. Opening the windows helped some. Closet & Storage: There weren’t enough hangers, which was especially inconvenient for winter clothing. Bathroom: The sink is a good size, but the faucet is small and tight, so your hand can bump the sink easily. The shower diverter to switch from bath to shower is difficult to use. Room Comfort: There is a fan that runs constantly, which can be irritating. The bed is on the firmer side, and I didn’t sleep as well as I hoped. Kitchen & Cooking: I would prefer a dish cloth rather than just a sponge, and the black Teflon pans are not my preference for health reasons. Location: On the positive side, the Hilton has a great location with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, it’s a decent stay if you prioritize location, but there are several comfort and convenience issues that could be improved.
