“Almost stranded”
Paula was a breath of fresh air! Helpful, kind and joyful! We almost didn't have a room due to overbookings for the busy holiday weekend, but Paula ensured my son and I had a room for the night...and even accommodated our departure time - she's a real gem! Thank you Paula!

“Comfortable and well-designed.”
Very nice motel - rooms, dining room, halls were thoughtfully designed and decorated. Inn at Santa Fe is on the fringe of town, but if you have a car and don't mind the drive, it's very comfortable.

“Charming Puebloan hotel at a decent price”
I liked the Native theme of the hotel inside out. The rooms are great, comfortable, clean beds. The pool was ice cold, but it was kind of nice to jump in after staying in the hot tub. “False Advertising”
When you offer pool amenities on your webpage and don't bother notifying guests prior to booking that the city has closed your pool for safety you should offer a refund.
